Annual pap test a 'thing of the past?'

The US Preventive Services Task Force has updated its 2012 recommendations for cervical cancer screening with one important addition. This is the first time they are recommending a method of cervical cancer screening that does not include the Pap test -- the gold-standard screening test for more than 75 years.
